There is no more health desk or advice at the pharmacy. Only prescriptions. Not sure how people are meant to get help when everyone is ill currently. Bad service from boots, seems they are cutting costs at the worst time.

Their pharmacy system went down in the morning, so I couldnt get my perscription. The pharmacist asked me to call back later in the evening to check if my medication was ready. So I called back at 5pm, no one has answered. This same thing happened to me more than once.

Balham boots and the team are always great and helpful. I've been coming to this boots for years. Recently I had an issue where my lens came off my glasses as one my kids sat on it. This has happened twice. They fixed it swiftly. Highly recommended. Nikki and the team were amazing.
