I recently purchased a Skoda Superb estate from Simcol Cars. Simon was a pleasure to deal with from the very first phone call right through to completing the purchase. Simon was honest with details about the car and at no time did he use any pressuring sales tactics. The service received was very professional throughout. I am delighted with my new car and would definitely recommend Simcol Cars to anyone looking for a new vehicle, I would have no hesitation in dealing with Simon again.

Bought a car, was very happy with the service and felt confident that the dealer was genuine. just under 3 months after purchasing the car it developed a fault with the ABS (just one of those things and nothing anyone could have expected). Simcol cars had put a 3 month warranty on with WarrantyWise. The part was covered on the policy, however the warranty company rejected the claim. Simcol cars went above and beyond, contacting the Warranty company to complain and provide further evidence of service history. As a result the Warranty company conceded to pay toward the repair. Would feel confident buying from this dealer again.

The absolutely best experience of buying a car that I have ever had! I found Simon from Simcol Cars to be friendly, professional and honest. I've got a lovely car for a fair price and none of the hassle associated with swapping to a new car. Simon was even kind enough to meet me halfway as I live 200 miles away from Worcester. Totally recommend this car company.
