Sent a message using the online form, on phoning some days later, they claimed they hadnt received it. Placed an order verbally, told it would be in a few days time on Tuesday morning. Changed my diary to be free then, no delivery. Rang just after 1pm, message left on answer machine. No reply forthcoming, so rang 2 hours later. Woman in the office said shed chase it up and call back. Nothing. Rang again an hour later only to be told it would now be the following day. Dont think I can be blamed for cancelling the order. My advice is to leave this firm well alone.
