        I had a failure of my lighting circuits and 3 wall sockets. I rang OTB and was told all engineers were on a training course to finish about 14:00. Owen phoned me at 14:15 and asked me to name the trip unit, he then talked me trough resetting it. Within 5 minutes all power was restored. He did not charge me and I am a new customer. I will certainly use OTB again if I have a problem. I will recommend to all my friends.Thank you Owen for all your help.
