payed my pitch for the year 400 then went to pick up caravan didn't end up buying as found damp I rang them back 2 hours later and explained what has happened and can I have a refund he said no and to phone back the next day so I did and then he said I will only refund you 250 what a joke he has ripped me off for 150 for 2 hours sto6which I never used I am not the only one this has happened too read the other reviews and please do your research I learnt the hard way he is very undermining and doesn't let you have your say and puts the phone down on you not a very good way of taking to his customers.
