I did one of Erins edible flower cake classes and I cant recommend it highly enough! Erin was lovely, so knowledgeable and supportive and I learnt so much. Not only did I have a lovely time during the class but I walked away with a beautiful cake (which tasted amazing) and some top noch tips and tricks. Id do it all over again if I could! Wonderful experience from designing the cake with Erin, through to delivery and excellent presentation. It was all so easy and superseded our expectations. Cake flavours were fabulous and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our wedding cake. We would highly recommend Erin and Birch house bakery

Erin made the cake for our wedding last April 3 and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious! Everyone was raving about it during the day . When I visited Erin's website and checked on her wedding cakes, I knew she would do justice to our special cake. Her approach is very simple but stunningly presentable and palatable. My Sister and I absolutely loved the class. We both feel confident that we can know create Macarons at home successfully. It was a lovely class and Erin was a great teacher, explaining every stage in a good amount of detail. It is for all abilities from someone who has never baked to someone with a good amount of baking skills. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Perfect gift idea.
