Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff here. On holiday and needed an emergency script for my disabled mother who has COPD. They didn't want to help at first saying "it was at the pharmacist's discretion". I stood my ground as I'd been helped there over two years ago without issue. They used the same excuse of the phone lines being down and were unable to call my local surgery to authorise an emergency script, at which point I offered my mobile. They did the script but then had the cheek to charge for it. My mother's 82 for heaven's sake and exempt. Outrageous and a very very poor show. They should be ashamed of themselves. Should have gone to Boots I guess. Now I know.

Had private medication given to another family member in my household without that family member requesting or my consent. GDPR - not being followed. Never answer the phone! I have been in there waiting for medication to literally watch them ignore the ringing phone, to instead do nothing and chat with each other.
