Taylor Emmet have been excellent in supporting us through our first house purchase. Being first time buyers the whole process seemed a bit daunting initially. Maryum Khan has been such a great support. Any queries that we had were responded to very quickly. She explained each step clearly and was easily contactable. There was an issue that arose regarding building regulations which concerned us. Maryum provided reassurance around this and was very knowledgable in this area. We were warned by friends how stressful buying a home can be however we found it to be such a smooth experience from start to finish and we completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

My partner and I purchased our first home together using the T&E team in Bakewell. It was a particularly difficult purchase, as we had one house fall through before re-starting the process with the house we have just moved in to. Despite the difficulties we faced for both houses, the team were amazing at communicating each step and worked as quickly as possible to ensure we progressed the purchase without delay. I highly recommend the team because of the effort they put into looking after us, and in particular Maryum Khan who worked incredibly hard to progress our purchase when the vendors solicitors were very slow.
