        On Tuesday 14th. September I took two feather pillows into Clean Sheet Laundry. On Wednesday I went in to collect them. My husband drove me there both times.They couldn't find them,. They told me Marlene would ring me. Marlene rang this morning (23.9.21) . She told me I had not taken them in to the laundry and I must have taken the pillows to a laundry in Stoney Middleton which is 6 miles away! I suggested she had given them to another customer, she disagreed and said my pillows were probably "scabby". I asked for compensation, her response was" you are not getting a penny out of me ", and hung up! Please think twice before using Clean Sheet Laundry! I note Marlenes response , I did not say she was scabby, and I have met her many times. Perhaps Marlene should make better use of her time by looking for my pillows!
