I have just had dealings with the owner of this store (Richard) please do not send your custom here as he is an awful man to deal with and has even gone to the extent of saying he's being verbally abused , which in this day and age 5he word abusive should not be used in this way as it disregards those who are in genuine situations . Honestly I don't do this lightly but please I am warning you to not send your custom here

Having used Richard for a previous commission I had no issues when wanting a ring for my wifes birthday and a special anniversary. Because he was going away on holiday and I had left it rather late for the commission, it was suggested that Roseanna would undertake the design and construction of the ring and I couldn't of been more pleased with the outcome. Her communication throughout was first-class, never undertaking anything without first emailing me, and up to date photos sent along the way. Everything was as requested and kept within budget (no added extras!!) To cap it all, the wife was over the moon with the result. A1 service and would definitely recommend. Many many thanks.

My husband ordered a special pendant for me, at rather short notice, for my birthday. When I opened it, it was exactly what I had wanted, the instructions were followed perfectly by Richard, and at some personal inconvenience, he delivered the item to my husband without my knowing! A skilled and intuitive craftsman, thank you Richard!
