        Iv gone from feeling exhausted extremely overwhelmed and stressed from moving house at Xmas to feeling on top of the world. I cant thank you (coachs and all the clients) for welcoming me to Fit Missions! Its such great fun and Im getting fitter every week. I love the weekly check ins and that someone is always there guiding me in the right direction. Im hooked! Looking forward to many more sessions together! Amy x

        First class operation all around. Facilities are great, but the trainers and members are really what make it for me. Such a warm and welcoming community. They are serious about the fitness, but have also really welcomed me in from the first class I took. I'm looking forward to the sessions each time I go, even if the workout is a killer!!
