Called into my local boots today for advice .... " put out" with the customer service / manners of the( unfamiliar)assistant on the till ...who while seemed knowledgeable lacked tact and manners going as far as bluntly questioning the customer in front of me why she needed 2 of something and totally putting her on the spot to justify it....while I understand this may be a good practise with certain medical products......there's a way of enquiring I also felt she was unhelpful with me making me feel uncomfortable for asking advice . Maybe this wasn't her usual role but tact and warmth were definitely missing x
