It was extremely difficult to get hold of Jim Mundy whilst working on project. Jim had a very unfortunate manner at times. The original quote was less than half of what the final quote was with no communication that extra charges were being added on. Overall experience as a customer; a really disappointing service. Jim made something what should have been an exciting project into something really hard work, stressful and dissatisfying
