Peak Venues | Peak District Self Catering Accommodation

Really positive experience with Peak Venues staying at Rose Cottage over Christmas. Booked last minute, and was told another property with Peak Venues was unavailable, and Rose Cottage was offered at the original (lower) price. Constant, helpful and friendly communication. Clean property exactly as described, with a lovely Christmas hamper and chocolates.

We've just recently stayed in the Holly Bank house and everything was outstanding! From the booking process to accommodation - it was more than we imagined. They thought of everything that we would need as a family of 10. The kitchen was fully kitted out from extra kettles to large casserole dishes and slow cookers. The size of the rooms and facilities were fantastic! It was home from home. The communication from the company was first class at every point. They have thought of everything question you would need to ask and had it ready in the handover package to make our holiday seamless and let us carry on with what is important - making memories. We'll definitely be back!

We have stayed in a Peak Venues property previously so was looking forward to another weekend with friends in another of their properties. Unfortunately due to current Covid-19 restrictions this has been cancelled. I booked with Peak Venues not only because their properties are gorgeous but because they were very proactive at the beginning of the year with their refund policy. They have kept me up to date all the way through in a time that must be very difficult for them with restrictions changing weekly. They honoured a full refund without having to prompt or chase. Customer service has been second to none, well done Peak Venues, keep it up. We will look forward to visiting one of your properties in the future.

We have just had a lovely weekend at the green man near leek. Every year we go on a large family holiday there is 32 of us adults, kids and dogs. The green man had catered for everything, it had a fully equipped kitchen including kids bowls/plates etc, two dishwashers, washing machine, two fridges, loads of work space. Lovely garden and outside seating. (The only thing I would suggest they change was the drum bbq as it's falling apart) This property is not short of space, rooms are all decent sizes and the property is fully enclosed so no need to worry about kids and dogs! The whole place was clean and tidy when we arrived. Louise was on hand for any questions and very helpful. Everyone in the group said this was the best accommodation by far from all the trips we have been on! We will definitely be booking with peak venues again! Thank you for a great mini break!
