        Appalling customer service. They don't respond to messages. I was charged VAT on purchases despite their claim that EU purchases won't have extra charges. When I concerned contacted them they ignored my emails and dms. They also have sent me the wrote my items in the past. I now try and buy their label from other vendors

        Do not recommend. Two of the items were missing and I had to repeatedly chase up getting them refunded over several days. I decided to return the items I did recieve. There was no returns address in the package so I had to hunt down the returns address and then found out I have to pay return postage. Fully expect to have to chase up receiving the refund. Avoid this brand.

        SCAM COMPANY! They repeatedly send me spam email. I've unsubsribed at least 10 times, but they keep adding me back on to their marketing list.

        I purchase my first [of many to come, I'm sure] skirt from Timeless London just last week and absolutely love it! The skirt fits true to size, quite flattering in style, and the quality of the material/stitching is perfection. Shipping was fast, despite postal delays due to holiday mail and current supplies shortage. The company was extremely helpful when I noticed that my shirt had gone on sale the day after purchasing, for which I was incredibly grateful. Couldn't be more please with the item or company. Will definitely be buy more from them in the future and recommending to others.
