We found them to be an excellent company. We purchased linen and duvets. My only concern is that the duvets are too hot. The hollow fibre can be doubled up, but they combine to be 15 tog (4.5 10.5) which is crazy hot. All the other types seem to be 4.5 + 9 which is much more sensible. 4 + 8 would probably suffice. We need to hunt down some cooler options now as ours are too hot for us.

Very poor, poor service compared to other mattress companies (who provide a bag to put your old mattress in & then carry it from wherever it is in your house outside for you), I am on my own & not able to carry my existing mattress down ONE flight of stairs, but they refuse to help me carry it down the stairs siting Covid as the reason. Bizarrely they are happy to bring the new mattress upstairs to the room the old mattress has to be removed from ! I guess you can only catch Covid if you are going down stairs not up. Totally ridiculous reasoning, I suggested gloves and a mask to enter the house but no they still won't help, despite the fact they are touching the mattress to put it into their van & unload it at the other end. If you want good service don't buy from this company.
