I would recommend Dusek Design Associates (DDA) without hesitation to anyone seeking home enhancements or a new build project. In fact I found writing a brief review very tough as there are so many positives I want to highlight and thank the DDA team for. We instructed DDA to modernise our home and were absolutely chuffed with the way Frankie designed and tailored the proposed plans to our lifestyle. Working with Frankie was a pleasure and his patience and ability to share his knowledge was fantastic. Frankie translated our requirements into a beautiful home and at all stages remained cognisant to the sensitive nature of the green belt to ensure planning success. After navigating planning and having approved plans ready we were so impressed that we took the decision (no brainier) to again work with DDA, but this time to design and seek planning for a replacement dwelling rather than refurbish. Again we worked with Frankie whos artistic flair and eye for detail created plans which totally blew us away! This followed with close engagement from Andy whose knowledge, likewise eye for detail, design and practicality ensured the original vision would be just as impressive in terms of design plans and efficiency. Andys design and spec of the interior and the way we would live in the new build exceeded our hopes and really brought the house to life. Both experts at all times were always happy to field our questions, educate when requested and also able to easily articulate pros and cons or design/materials/layout choices. It very much impressed me that any questions or queries the team knew the answers immediately and did not need to research. This emphasised their experience and fingers on the pulse in their field. For both projects the entire DDA team have been fantastic. Julia ensures communication and response and regardless of the size of our project (originally a small refurb, then total refurb and then new build) DDA treated us with the same care, attention to detail and desire to achieve a result to be proud of. The designs DDA are producing are timeless classics with elegance yet modern efficiency. I have no doubt once built the house will remain as attractive and elegant as the day it was designed. The knowledge and skill of the team speaks for itself, they are not just designing houses, but onboard during the build to ensure quality of the final result. This knowledge of build practices, materials and design ensured we not only achieved planning in the green belt, but ensured the house once built will be as good as the plans and CGI and something to be proud of for life. I would happily recommend DDA as craftsmen and experts to friends, family and anyone looking for excellence. They will meet and exceed expectation!

We instructed DDA after a recommendation from a friend, and haven't looked back since. We appointed DDA to design our new home and the entire team have been amazing. Frankie understood our brief and incorporated all of our requirements into a stunning design with a practical flow. Julia is always helpful in providing updates and ensuring we are up to speed at all times. Andy's attention to detail is second to none and his experience really shows when preparing the detailed construction drawings. We are just starting the build phase and so glad that we have DDA's expertise at hand to support us through to completion. I would highly recommend DDA to anyone looking to design their dream home.

Dusek / DDA designed 2 houses near us which I love, so we opted for them for our build. The design process was actually great fun - no stress or pressure. Frankie offers that perfect blend of taking our ideas and preferences and shaping them into something that works practically. The whole team is friendly, supportive and expert. We're big DDA fans.

Having instructed DDA to assist in designing our home, their ability to 'de-jargon' the process and explain everything in a clear manner helped immensely. Their wealth of local experience, coupled with their tremendous design capabilities made for a wonderful result, and I would gladly recommend them to friends & family when considering home renovation or re development projects

I only have great things to say about DDA. Frankie, Tom and Andy are brilliant and we have been in safe hands with them throughout our new build process. Can't recommend them enough! Their knowledge and expertise have really made the whole process go smoothly for us and we can't thank them enough. Special mention goes to Julia at the office who's the nicest person ever!
