        Had 2 very good sessions with Jay to unlock my quads, hamstrings and calves, recovering from arthroscopy on my right knee. The assesment and sport massage therapy by Jay is speeding up my recovery to athletic performance. Definitely I will be booking more sessions.

        After an 18 month gap from treatments due to surgery, I went to Jason. Was very impressed at how thorough he was in terms of ensuring he understood my needs and was knowledgeable about my conditions and how to treat them. Most importantly-I went with a partially frozen neck and left 90m later with almost full range of movement. Will definitely be going back.

        Can not recommend highly enough. After returning to training from a long break off,I was defo in need of some soft tissue release. Jason is super knowledgeable and great at explaining what is happing with my muscles. My body post treatment feels like brand new !
