The Dacres team in Baildon are excellent. Kelly was the sales negotiator for a house we have just exchanged on and she was amazing throughout. She is really friendly, always kept us up to date and was always happy to answer our 1 million questions as first time buyers. She deserves a 6th star. Whilst we hope to be in our new home for a very long time, we wouldn't use anyone else and fully recommend their services

I would definitely recommend Dacres in Baildon to friends and family. I have recently bought a house through them and it has been a very testing and challenging purchase for us due to our house sale falling through twice then our purchase been a unregistered property which caused a lot of delays in the end. Clare and Kelly have been absolutely amazing and a great support the whole way. I can not thank them enough! They kept me updated at all times and helped me chase the solicitors when needed :) The branch manager was also great at helping us keep our purchase when our sale fell through the second time!
