        I visited City Electrical Factors today, Tuesday the 14th of July (2020) at their Baildon branch. I wanted a selection of light bulbs. I was served by a lad called Steve . He was very friendly, polite and professional . He found the items that I wanted and explained to me the benefits/ differences between the old type bulbs that I had come in for against the newer LED type bulbs. I left the store with the bulbs that I wanted and a better understanding of the properties of LED lights.
