After contemplating it for a long time this is my first experience of actually paying someone to touch my car's paintwork. First thing, Simon is a super nice guy and very passionate about what he does. I took my car to him for a polish and ceramic coat in hopes of getting rid of nasty swirl marks that have haunted me since I got the car. He definitely got my car looking better but as soon as I saw the car in direct sunlight those holographic swirl marks were still there. After informing Simon he was just as upset as I and right away offered to go at it again free of charge and for that reason, even though I declined, I could not fault him. Did an amazing job of getting our car ready for sale, despite being in a very well used condition! Very professional and went the extra mile to remove built up dog hair. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have their car cleaned inside and out. Would definitely use again. Convenient, professional, friendly, and great value.
