Newall Green Post Office

A total joke. Like a lot of others say - change your hours on the website. Part time service - when you choose to open properly you close between 4pm and 4.30pm. This isn't what's needed in this area. We need an efficient local post office and that's not you. We can't all be going to Civic Centre. Sell up to someone who wants to provide us with a proper service. You should publish the contact details of who we can complain to. As looking at recent reviews your business is going downhill. Put this review in three weeks ago. It's now Friday 25/11/2022 - 3.30pm and Post Office is closed. 19/4/2023 - Called in at 3.30pm, Post Office closed yet says it's open on the website. Utterly useless service!

Such a lovely post office ..lovely helpful staff..,I even know their names naz and David.. always smiling and happy to help..its a busy post office ..can't belive the amount of people she serves.. we'd be lost without this office .. set in a nice shop too ..

I wont use any other local post office unless its something this one doesn't do, they're so helpful here used this lady for years cant fault her always polite and helpful to the max and if there was a 10 she would get that from me...keep up your good work lady!

I've been going to this postal office on a weekly basis for 2+ years now, never had to wait too long in the queue, even though there have been big queues, and all of my parcels have always been processed promptly and carefully. After checking out almost every other place in the area that offers postal services, this is the only one that continuously provides such a great service without exceptions.
