        Has been my pharmacy since the early 80s . Mr thacker is a real gentleman and the whole staff are very professional we get all our prescriptions delivered wouldn't go anywhere else

        Poor customer service, waited for a long time. Meanwhile a women in a pink headscarf behind the counter continued to assist another customers knowing I had been waiting before them. It actually took me to say something for her to acknowledge me. She said oh this is the queue after assisting a customer who was stood next to the first till. ( what queue I thought ? Wheres your sign to say second till only ? ) This complaint isnt about the long waits. Absolutely disgusting customer service. She wasnt even apologetic! Maybe have more of a welcoming attitude towards customers would definitely help and taking ownership off their mistakes instead of having excuses.
