Paint Pots Newall Green Day Nursery

We moved our son Alfie here after not settleing in another nursery. It was the best decision we made. The staff and management are brilliant. They are undstanding kind caring devoted supportive. Alfie has come on leeps and bounds since being there. Highly recommended.

My daughter went here her a couple of months at first she went and she was ok with going, she went to nursery before and really enjoyed it and always liked them situations. One day her behaviour changed, she didnt want to go to the point she would have a full break down and was saying she was scared. At the time she struggled to talk so we didnt get much out of her but I felt that something was clearly wrong so I took her out. Now she is going to a another nursery which she expresses everyday how nice it is I started asking her why she didnt like that other nursery as her talking is much better and that it use to hurt her ears so I asked her why and she said her teacher use to shout at her. I remember one time which realising now this is when she started not wanting to go and my partner picked her up and Olivia seemed upset and he asked the lady who brought her to the door how she was and she aggressively answered back saying Olivia didnt have her listening ears on today. Now she is a young child and these people should be prepared that young children arent always going to listen but shouting at a child to a point she will not go back is just not ok. I feel sick to my stomach that even tried to make her go when this event clearly traumatised her. I wish I knew this at the time so I could Pursue this further as this makes me very upset.

My 18month old daughter started here recently and apart from a few teething issues they are excellent. Caring staff and the meals are great. Overall cannot complain

A massive thank you for all the support from Paint Pots staff, and there are supportive . I cannot imagine sending our little one to another nursery, good job guys!
