My mum has been waiting over NINE hours and counting after attending A&E with heart attack symptoms. There is no water available other than 2 out of a vending machine OR the water out of the tap in the toilets. The ladies waste bin was also full to bursting. The only food there is to eat is junk food out of a vending machine. This is a new low.
