        Despite an initial picking order resulting in the wrong product being despatched, the supplier, once notified of the error, redeemed themselves and dealt with the matter promptly and courteously ensuring that a replacement product was despatched the same day. Good customer service and would have no hesitation using this supplier again.

        I did a website order for welding consumables I had to chase the order after a week I spoke to Richard and I have received my order the next day It would have been 5 star rating If I had got my order without me chasing it up. The whole point of website ordering.
