    My bag still hasn't arrived... I've been in the UK since Friday ( 4 days). They said they've tried to deliver but they just can't seem to dial the number on the side of the bag to contact me. Very incompetent company. Your job is to deliver luggage that's already late, why would you continue to put a minimal effort in completing your task? The rating for this company speaks for its self. Global Baggage Solutions short definitely use a different courier service. The contact number on the website doesn't work ( I'm know why now). I wish they'd take my bag back to the airport so I can just pick it up...

    After my delayed bag arrived by plane one day later after I did, Rapid Air let it just sit at MAN airport for 3 days (!!!) before taking any action, picking it up and attempting to deliver it to me (I live mere 45 minute drive from the airport). Noone picks up the phone, noone react to emails - I am absolutely disgusted with the company's gross incompetence.

    I really cant understand the general negativity of so many reviews on here, I must say Ive had a great experience with Rapid. I arrived in Manchester without my baggage as it got left behind on my stopover. I had to leave Manchester again the next day so I really needed my suitcase returned to me first thing in the morning. Spoke to two Rapid employees on the phone who were being extremely helpful and tried their absolute best to accommodate my urgent request. The driver was very friendly as well and arrived the next day even earlier than expected. Its fair enough that people are frustrated when their baggage is delayed, but they need to understand that its usually the airlines and the airports that are at fault for the inconvenience - not couriers like Rapid.
