Receptionist are absolutely horrendous every single one of them need sacking! They are so rude and disrespectful let this practice down as all the doctors and nurses are great but them receptionists are horrible they all need to go!!!

Unable to get the correct amount of prescription needed for me to religiously take my tablets. Which is a problem for my busy schedule. Any problems I will be informing my Kidney Doctor during my Renal Transplant Clinic visits. 2023 Update on a week I was off prescription was ordered on Monday in order to sync medication. They lose both sheets as since medication not at the pharmacy and was later told by GP that they got no medication request off me. As Friday rolls on about instead of specific amounts of medication being ordered. They automatically ordered everything which does not include any new medication. Had to go home to get letter as proof of this. Me new medication is due on the following Monday which is needed for gastro problems. They will probably be most likely cause for my Transplant failure and I will be informing Doctor of this problem next conversation we have.

Moved to this surgery 2 years ago after struggling to get into previous gp appointments. Never had a problem getting an appointment here, reception staff go out of there way to help, all GPS and nurses helpfull and informative.
