High prices as you'd expect as in hospital. Nothing special

The rudest manager I have ever had to encounter. Yes, it was my error that I left my maternity notes in the shop but the assurance I received from a lovely member of staff telling me that the notes were behind the counter and would be there when I was next in the hospital and that I didn't need to make a special trip to collect them gave me peace of mind that the notes would still be there today. Your unwillingness to help investigate where my notes have gone, the anger and vitriol you gave me and your severe lack of compassion tells me you're not a good person inside or out of work and I feel for anybody who has to encounter you. I will be raising as many formal complaints as I can to ensure that noone has to deal with what I have just come across.
