        Try to fix the collection issue and even though charges were given, very unreasonable management and poor customer service, never try this company again.

        Had to go here to collect items wrongfully collected & taken 40 miles away from me to wythenshaw when I could of collected from original premises closer ! When I arranged collection with receptionist I was told to visit warehouse & porters would assist me. Once I arrived a so called porter dragged a item approx 5feet across a concrete floor from behind a wall and then gave up just looking at the goods leaving it to myself to sort out leaving me to drag it at least 15feet to a loading bay door then load into my van These guys in the warehouse (porters) are very unhelpful especially middle aged guy with beard & glasses absolutely disgraceful attitude! Do not expect no help loading items these guys just literally stand & watch! No mention of this when arranging to collect goods.
