        They are terrible. Never have the medication you need and still need to wait for it after a week... Not happy!

        Unfortunately the few staff who are really helpful are branded with the same brush as the outlet. This store is not worth having on the high street. Never ever picks up calls, or deliberately hangs up. Does not notify that crucial prescriptions have been filled - really inconsiderate for those that need this service. I would have posted with zero stars but this system doesn't allow.

        Just wasted 15 mins waiting for the pharmacy to open only to be told at 9:10 that the pharmacist is stuck in traffic and they cannot open without him. Everyone else has work too!! Every single time I go there theres a issue, items not in stock, etc Im still waiting for a cream for my son which hasnt been in stock for 2 months!
