The below review was from 2 years ago so I thought I would keep it and update the review because today, I would write the same thing all over again, 5 stars! I have just renewed my mortgage and had the pleasure of working with James again - the guy really knows his stuff! I thought I would wait until the first re-mortgage payment comes out before updating you on my experience. Honestly such a smooth journey yet again. James got in touch at the end of last year to remind me that my renewal would be due end of April which was great as I know I wouldve forgotten until now and given myself no time at all to look at all the options. From the get go, James provided me with multiple options/lenders and went through each offer and explained the impact. Even though I was happy with the deal secured back in January, he continued to monitor the market throughout the last few months and each time he managed to better my rate! Couldnt thank you enough!! I will be using this company again when it comes to it and my sister has also used them through my recommendation as I just cant fault the service. Thank you again to the team. From 2 years ago: From start to finish I received a seamless service!!! I dont usually write reviews but this one really deserved it. My mortgage advisor James was extremely helpful and really knew his stuff when I threw a million questions at him. He would always respond to my queries within the hour even though I would email at silly oclock. He was always going above and beyond and helped me find the best deal that really suited me. From there I was contacted by Mary and Sotira who were nothing but helpful in every way. They would regularly chase for updates from the solicitors and estate agents etc so that I didnt have to! I really couldnt recommend these guys enough. Like I said, I dont usually write reviews but because of James, Mary and Sotira, I really feel this is the least I could do because a thank you simply doesnt cover it. I have already recommended them to my family. Seriously, a massive thank you for handling my case the way you all did!

Shaun: Shaun is amazing with mortgage advising, I am new in the property sector, Shaun has not just only brought the best product to me but he also advised about the other facts in property buying which i need to be aware of. Sotira: I have been dealing with her regarding my mortgage in Shauns absence and she is really helpful. She dealt with my queries properly and advise me accordingly.

Really enjoyed working with them , quick adequate response every time you got a question . I spoke with few other brokers before that they were lots of talking but nothing done , Thanujan from EasyLife got the job done in no time . Pleasure to work with them , top service!
