I have been going to Damien for nearly a year after a serious ski accident and 4 knee operations later. Hes supported every step of the way pre & post operatively as well as been in contact with my surgeon to come up with the very best recovery plan. Couldnt be more grateful to be going through this with their help. The whole team are lovely and so efficient, flexible and supportive. Also cant forget my favourite team member Dexter who also deserves his very own shoutout for being the friendliest front of house manager! Thanks Team Physica

Having used multiple physios for years I can say that Physica Health is by far one of the best. Particular mention to Damien, fantastic Physio!

Physica Health has been wonderful to me during the rehab for my calf injury. They supported me at my own pace and got me feeling strong and back to running with confidence. Damien particularly is gentle and caring, he listens and pays attention to the other things going on in a clients life that may impact treatment. The clinic is impeccably clean, comfortable and easy to get to, and parking is always available on site.

The team at Physica health have been brilliant supporting my teenage son following a rugby injury 6 months ago. Louise is very knowledgeable and patient. Her support has been the key to my son's recovery from a serious knee injury. Thank you to Liz for helping us with appointment bookings and billing.
