Natural Baby Shower

What service! After seeing an item out of stock on their website and unable to source it anywhere else in the UK, I contacted to ask if they would be getting anymore in. Georgia & Lorraine went above and beyond to help and actually found ONE remaining item in the store itself which they picked, packed & shipped immediately. They couldnt have done more and the communication was brilliant throughout. Thank you so much for your help and for making my daughters first gift such a lovely experience to purchase

The staff are absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond with customer care to help you. I was really stuck with some products I needed that weren't in stock and the staff helped me to sort it in store and that my items arrived within my time frame at my home without me having to come back. They've been very wonderful and the store is amazing to browse. So beautifully laid out.

Visited Natural Baby Shower recently during the travel event, the team were amazing! We were greeted on arrival and got straight to what we needed! We found the perfect buggy for our upcoming holiday! The staff were so knowledgeable, the demos were great and they could easily help us choose between different options!
