Andrew Major Hypnotherapy, Surrey

I have been in therapy on and off for years with no real help, and decided why not, might as well try something new. I didn't know what hypnotherapy would be like over zoom, but I figured why not give it a shot, how much worse can it be than driving 30-45 minutes to go to "normal" therapy in person. So with no expectations at all I reached out to Andrew to see if I could schedule an initial consult. By the end of it, I knew that Andrew was the right way to go, and signed up for 8 sessions. Fast forward to now and I have done, 16 sessions with Andrew. Because I personally felt like i needed more help. After 16 sessions I feel like a new person, less stressed, more confident, with the ability to handle stress better than I ever have before, all because of Andrew. I could not recommend him more, he has been patient, kind, understanding of last minute appointment changes and most importantly he made me feel heard. If your tired of going to therapy with no help email him, if your starting out and looking for help, email him. You will not regret it at all. He changed my life for the better. Thank you Andrew!

I had a wonderful experience doing hypnotherapy and zoom based therapy for the first time. I started at a very challenging time with major depression and chronic pain that was unbearable. Today I am over the depression, have cut back significantly on medications, am dealing much better with the pain and feel I have my life back. I am grateful for Andrew and the work we did together.

I first came to Andrew with a mixture of issues including anxiety, addiction and general feelings of having no self worth. I committed to doing 8 sessions with him and it has been worth every single penny. He is extremely easy to talk to and is a lovely person all in all. Due to his amazing techniques and abilities he has helped me with every single one of my problems. I feel like a completely different person, I am now excited for life and what the future may bring and feel like I am able to take on anything that life throws at me. Thank you again Andrew

Before I started my therapy with Andrew, I couldn't stop over thinking, and my anxiety levels were the highest they had ever been which played a massive part towards my families mood. Since having these sessions, I have been able to think clearer and to put solutions in place so I don't spiral down the black hole and listen to negative 'nancy'. Just talking to Andrew on a weekly basis, encouraged me to take these needed steps forward to get back to 'me'. I would highly recommend Andrew as I feel that he has changed my life from learnt behaviour since I was a child. I cannot thank him enough and to say I am happy for who I am and knowing my self worth was worth every single penny spent on these sessions.

I went to Andrew to get help with fibromyalgia, anxiety, sleep problems, negative mindset, stress management & daily habits. I have tried more conventional cognitive therapy but it did not help much, especially with so many various issues. Ever since I started working with Andrew, I felt that natural connection and trust - he genuinely cares about helping his patients and is so talented in what he does! These words do not give him enough credit - he is truly gifted! Deciding to work with him was one of the best decisions in my life - I feel reborn in my inner world. I am much happier, calmer and more confident. I have learned so much about myself, have a more positive mindset and have new better ways of how to handle life challenges. Everyone needs an Andrew Major in their life! I committed to 8 sessions at first and due to an unexpected life event, decided to continue on a less regular basis which has helped me even more ever since this life event took place. I now feel more confident to face life and its challenges on my own with those new tools in my pocket. So incredibly grateful to Andrew and myself too - what a gift this has been!
