        Overpriced houses that arent actually that good. Kitchen reasonably spacious, but the quality of the work tops is cheap and very thin, Id have expected at least granite or another stone countertop. Especially when youre pay over 540,000. Dont forget the charges for the communal areas. Average quality on the general build quality, but thats new builds for you.
