Good for 20mins then just dropped. BP needs to up their game. This is unacceptable. We have logged a support case and explained that this is happening too often. The CCS connection is OFF after these events and the service can be restored with a call and a reset of the charging station BUT this is not the right way to treat paying customers. The software needs to be fixed, tested and rolled out.
