If I could leave 0 stars I would. I paid 400 for a deep clean. The cleaners left early, had breaks on my time, even though they were self employed and left urine stains and hairs on the toilet. When I raised this with the company they failed to apologise and made excuses. I have posted a photo of the toilet. I cannot agree with the previous post enough I have been ripped off and have had terrible customer service. I would not recommend this firm.

I used Sunningdale Cleaning Service for a one off spring cleaning. Despite the cleaning taking 3 h I was advised that the fee for such cleaning was for 8h (280). Upon inspection I commented that some of the windows didn't look clean and was told that this was due the external part of the windows being very dirty. After the cleaners left I noticed more issues with the standard of cleaning: all windows' corners were mouldy, some stains on the floor were not removed, rust was not fully removed in the bathroom and hidden behind soap bottles, dust remained on some doors, the hallway floor was full of mop marks (from using a dirty mop), etc. I emailed them multiple times to express my disappointment but was ignored. The service provided was extremely poor and expensive for such standard and the lack of response or acknowledgement demonstrates a poor customer service. I would recommend not using this company.
