        I started acupuncture with Dena a few months ago for insomnia and ankle pain. She started by dealing with insomnia and stress which seemed to calm me and increased sleep hours. However I was completely amazed that 4 weeks into treatment on my ankle I was able to walk around on cobbled streets all day on a city break with no pain at all! No pain the next day. This hasn't happened for 6 years and I am so grateful and still cannot quite believe it; thank you, Dena. I will definitely continue with my top up treatments.

        It was my first time having acupuncture and Dena made me feel so relaxed and was very welcoming. The consultation before the treatment was extremely thorough and I felt Dena took everything on board and listened to my needs too. She was very informative and answered all my questions. The treatment itself was pain free and very relaxing. I look forward to my next treatment in a weeks time! Thanks Dena!
