        I purchased some floating shelf brackets from this company. NONE of the screws were straight. Not one. They sent some replacements. NONE of those were straight either. They told me to use them anyway. I use a lot of different hardware and this stuff is poorly machined rubbish. Whether you are a professional used to working within small tolerances, or a DIYer doing the occasional job at home, you would not accept such poor quality. Avoid!!
