I hired G-RVND for a 75 hour package and during this time the team at CAVOK have surpassed my expectations and gone above and beyond with their service, all the way from first getting in touch with them, to handing over the aircraft and ongoing support throughout the hire. Using CAVOK allowed me to exclusively use the aircraft with flexibility whenever I wanted, allowing me to fit flying trips around commitments such as work, ATPL exams and the ever changing weather. I opted to base the aircraft at Bagby as this came with the advantages of always having maintenance on hand if anything needed looking at, and also the facilities are ideal, with Avgas being one of the cheapest around the country and allowing based aircraft to operate until late at night (ideal when returning back from afar). Having this exclusivity enabled me to visit and log 30 airfields all around the UK, significantly building up my confidence and experience. This would not be possible if renting club aircraft for 1-2 hours at a time as it would not allow sufficient time for land-aways. I would definitely recommend CAVOK to anyone who needs to hour build, you will not regret it as the service provided is unmatched by anyone in the UK.

I hired a PA-38 for a week of hour building in July and CAVOK went above and beyond to ensure my week was phenomenal! I planned to use the time to visit friends and family around the UK and managed to log over 10 hours of flight time, visit 6 new airfields, and traveled as far as Devon. For me, the hourly cost, including costs associated with parking and collection etc, worked out less than hiring from my local club, with the biggest benefit being the freedom to go anywhere (not always possible when club aircraft are required back for training). Josh and James were fantastic to deal with and the level of support, from the familiarization flight with Josh, to the aircraft specific whatsapp group, was outstanding. A huge shout out to Harvey who was on-hand quickly any time I had any technical queries. A super experience and I can't wait to do it again soon!

I hired a PA28 for 4 weeks. I wanted to make my hour building fun and interesting. I ended up going all around the UK, and as far south as the Mediterranean. You just cant do that when you hire a club aircraft for a few hours. The guys at CAVOK were super helpful and provided excellent support throughout, from our initial conversations, the handover and maintenance through to collection. If you are hour building, this is the way to do it!

Hired a Pa38 from CAVOK for 30 hours and will definitely be hiring again soon. Without a doubt the friendliest and most helpful company Ive ever used, being able to base the aircraft anywhere and having sole access to it for the entirety of the hire period is brilliant and unlike any other place Ive heard of. All the guys at CAVOK are very supportive and will answer any queries put to them. The process for hiring was very straightforward and simple. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to your build.
