        Having moved to the area not knowing anyone I can honestly say joing BCUK Portsmouth was the best decision I made. I have made lots of amazing friends, everyone encourages and supports each other with no judgement all while getting fit!

        Everyone at Portsmouth bootcamp have become firm friends since joining. Liam our trainer gives us great workouts which are always varied and always work us hard. Its fun as well.

        2 years ago I was a very unfit 48 year old, looking to improve my strength and fitness. I was introduced to BCUK Portsmouth. I was not able to finish the first session, but with the encouragement from the instructor and the new found friends, i now hold my own with 3 times a week and the additional optional activities. I love the new found family we call BCUK PORTSMOUTH come rain or shine. Come join us and see for yourself, you'll love it as much as I do.
