Vale Stoves

Really disappointed. I went in and spoke to Ian, then booked him to come to our house and quote to install a stove in October. He came out as agreed and took our ideas and measurements and promised to be in touch with a quote. Since then we've been totally ghosted. I've tried to call, left messages and had zero response at all. No quote and no contact at all. In the end I gave up and went to a competitor who came out quoted us within a week and is today, fitting our new stove. Such a shame as Ian seemed very knowledgeable but clearly couldn't be bothered with our job

I have visited this shop, i had the idea to look at a few options. I waited to speak to Ian whilst he spoke to other people. lovely chap, you really feel as though he is a good person and knows absolutely what he is talking about. There is no urgency to sell you something and when asking about estimated costs he was open and honest. i know enough about these things to be dangerous and he really was on it. i would urge anyone interested to speak to this chap. you know if it is too good to be true it is too good to be true and you also know when the numbers make you wince. his numbers i felt were absolutely right and no hassle about getting him to come and survey the property. great people.

We have had a stove installed by Ian and his team, they have done a great job. Would recommend this company highly.
