I have been ordering dog food from CW for years and always been happy with the product and service.
However the last two boxes have been received in very poor condition - cracked plastic boxes which has meant the blood/meat juice has leaked everywhere, including my fridge and counter tops.
I can completely understand that this happens every once in a while, but when I contacted CW about it all they offered us was 20% off our next box.
Very disappointed as I previously thought this was a very well run company with great customer service.
