        I purchased a Drakes Pride bowls measure from Vale Sports via Amazon. On the 6th use of it the string jammed. I then contacted Vale Sports via Amazon and also directly emailed them. They have no telephone number listed. No response whatsoever. I have now bought another measure elsewhere. Very poor after sales service. Not a company I would recommend or would deal with again.

        Ordered some work boots on the 10th June. Its now the 18th and no sign of them. No response to my follow up email. Can someone tell me where they are? Or Can I have my money back!

        Very disappointed that having placed an order you get no confirmation email, have twice emailed asking for confirmation and had no response, would be peace of mind for customers if they were to keep customers updated.
