        The cake was delicious, no doubt. But the customer service was beyond awful. No reply to our calls and emails despite us and the venue trying to get hold of them several times. Didnt send an invoice and then demanded the money the day before the wedding, all causing unnecessary stress. The cake was delicious, I couldnt fault it at all, but unfortunately spoilt by the poor service.

        Absolutely loved our wedding cake; pretty much the nicest thing I've ever eaten! Did struggle to get a hold of anyone several times when trying to sort out payments and delivery details, but otherwise great service and delicious cake!
