I have been training at Infinite Balance with Kirsty for a fair few years now and I will never stop! Kirsty's class variety of cardio, strength & flexibly keep me committed and consistent in my exercise. I have two or three group sessions a week and each and every one is different and challenging - I love it & leave feeling accomplished, energised & happy. Kirsty has been brilliant for my fitness & confidence because of her support, motivation & infectious enthusiasm. The group sessions are more than just a workout, they are a fun and caring support group of like minded amazing woman - so I never feel like going training is a chore. Thank you Kirsty for all you do to make getting & staying fit fabulous. Here's to training with you forever ....

I hate gyms but as a woman in my 40s I understand how important it is for me to be doing weight training and keeping core and back in good shape. I have been doing Fitball classes and PT training with Kirsty and both have been enjoyable and really worthwhile.

I gain so much from working with Kirsty! When I first started I knew I wanted to be stronger, have more energy and actively look after my health, but I was concerned about having the time and finding something that Id stick to. Now sessions with her are an essential in my week. I feel so much better for regularly attending - and the variety of sessions and her input means that I enjoy attending. Im lifting heavier weights, sleeping much better and have more energy than I used to. Im more conscious overall of looking after my health, walking daily and enjoying being active. If youre thinking about trying this - give it a go - I cant think of any reason not to!

Kirsty was recommended to me by a friend as I was lacking in motivation and needed pushing in order to improve my fitness! I started off with some 1-2-1s and then Kirsty suggested that I might enjoy the small group sessions and she was right. Every session is different, she is full of ideas and motivation strategies which keeps them interesting. No two session is the same. Its also a bit like therapy and a place where you feel comfortable discussing the highs and lows of the week! Personally I feel stronger, empowered and most importantly.motivated! She knows just when to push me and Im lifting weights I never thought I could! Aisling Macleod
