Me and my boyfriend visited here when staying at the premier inn next door. We booked a day ahead to make sure we could have breakfast here & when we arrived we received nothing but abuse! We waited at the front desk for 10 minutes for someone to serve us. Nobody came. Then we sat ourselves as we assumed this is what we should do given nobody had served us, we then waited there for 5 minutes and nobody served us there either - no waitress or waiter even walked past. I then spotted a lady with a lanyard on with no uniform. Assuming she was the manager I approached her & asked if we can just sit anywhere, to which she said no. I need to seat you we followed her to the front desk, where she then said we had not been waiting that long & that we had not even booked anyway, although I had the confirmation, she just didnt give us chance to even speak. She then said well I can seat you but theres no much food left so on that we decided to leave. We were so shocked about how we had been spoke to & will never be recommending this place to anyone. My boyfriend is a manager in the hospitality industry & understands its difficult so were always as respectful as possible when we eat out, but this morning we were horrified.
