I visited in person on a Thursday daytime. Emily and her colleague were both friendly and helpful, answering my questions about tree rental. Emily wrapped and moved the tree I chose to the car as I was carrying a baby. Good value, simple process, and I look forward to 4 weeks of a real tree.

Terrible experience as they were meant to collect the tree (7 foot) in Bristol but we are now in May and they still didn't. Our neighborhood is not impressed by them, neither we are. Obviously this is not what is expected from such a company. Don't consider them if you want to rent a tree as obviously it will cost you more and they don't care about the tree at the end... And you'll find yourself with a problem. I'll update the post if they finally come and get the tree!

Just a very disappointing experience - customer service was poor by email and by phone. Last year tree didn't arrive until 17th December despite being promised in early December. This year there was no way to book a delivery slot, and no way to find out when the tree would arrive; as we work full time this wasn't useful for us as we can't be in the house all the time. Received clipped and confusing emails from the proprietor when trying to get clarity on the delivery. Would not recommend.
