        Worse practice I have ever had the dispeasure of being subject to. They give the impression that everything is too much trouble and they don't want to hear about it. The receptionist seems to express absolute contempt and it's quite upsetting when you are calling to make an appointment regarding a personal issue. Will be changing practice in the new year.
